2025 Unity Conference

Purpose
The purpose of the VNA Unity Conference 2025 is to unite the Vue Family under one umbrella and celebrate the 50th year of Vue’s accomplishments in the United States. The event will strengthen the bonds within the Vue’s family and foster a collaborative connection where Vue’s can support each other, share successes, and inspire each other toward great impact on individuals, families, and the community. Additionally, after 50 years of living in the United States, there are tremendous accomplishments and successes in the Vue family that are worthwhile to be showcased at this once-in-a-lifetime celebration, recognition, and showcase of our Vue sons and daughters. This Unity Conference is a vital milestone that brings Vue’s across the United States and outside the country to reflect on our past, recognize our present, and plan for our future.

Goal
The goal for the VNA Unity Conference 2025 is to improve Vue family engagement and quality of life through knowledge sharing by bringing together at least 300 to 500 Vue’s across the United States, strengthening the networks between states for support and collaboration, and facilitating meaningful connections through networking sessions, panel discussions, and workshops, resulting in a formalized Vue family organizational network of each state under the VNA organization while showcasing accomplishments and successful stories of our Vue family.

Scope
The VNA Unity Conference 2025 focuses on a two-day professional, educational, and networking event featuring learning activities, motivational speeches, panel discussions, workshops, networking, recognition’s, talent showcasing, performers, and night entertainment. Free lunch will be provided on the first full day, with refreshments and snacks throughout both days. The expectation is to invite representatives from each state to participate in the event, and attendees will include Vues across the United States.
